Rob Ford: Up in Smoke (working title) is a feature-length documentary about Toronto’s bombastic bad boy mayor and his battle against Toronto’s media in his bid to get re-elected. The Toronto media combats Ford Nation to get at the truth but things get interesting when an immovable object meets an unstoppable force.
